Food inspiration and recipes!

The world wide web has infinite options and suggestions for those of you who want to have some fun in the kitchen and nourish yourself with delicious plant-based food. Don’t be discouraged if some attempts don’t work out the way you’ve imagined, have another go! Cooking at home allows you to adapt anything to your liking, avoid food waste, eat healthier and save money. It might take a minute to get familiar with your skills, but if you put in the love and patience, I assure you this is a romance for life.

The tasty K, by the wonderful Kirsten Kaminski who has been my online friend for a few years now, and the person in charge of a phenomenal thanksgiving meal I made for my very-not-vegan American family, all from one of her books – Vegan holiday cooking!

Everything she makes is amazing, and her sweets are incredible! She has also great mains and a good pantry-based omelet

Fit Green Mind, 17 years old Maya Leinenbach, has been posting amazing, easy-to-follow recipes, on a daily basis for years already, and has her own cookbook. True inspiration.

The Korean Vegan is one of my favorite accounts on IG, and the fact that she has nice recipes is just a bonus! She is a wonderful storyteller and very open and frank about her life and struggles. They are all well shot and edited and tell a much bigger story than just the Korean food she specializes in. Her writing and podcast are also very interesting and inspirational and you can check them out on her website.

The banana diaries, heaven for desserts and baking.

Earthy Andy, has some beautiful Hawaiian content and a lot of milkshakes and ice cream recipes alongside some easy snacks, all on the healthier side. She also has a meal planner that takes into consideration how much time you have, experience, allergies, preferences… It’s really detailed and impressive!

Love & Lemons is a beautiful website that is very easy to navigate through. All recipes are vegetarian and most of them can easily become vegan and most, gluten-free as well.

The minimalist Baker has some incredible staples, not just in the baking department, and her website is so friendly with all recipes categorized by diet type, cuisine type, ingredients, and even season! Mushroom recipes are amazing as vegan mains and here you’ll find a handful of recipes.

BushTv, is on the junky side but has many easy mouthwatering recipes.

Feasting at home, have some really nice recipes and the tacos and cauliflower are also really easy ways to add impressive and filling dishes.

Eat more plants is such a fun, easy character and her recipes are all very simple and approachable. She also has a meal planning app I’ve never tried but I assume it’s great!

Max LaManna offers so many recipes, all vegan, many of which really take food waste into consideration which is an added bonus. His Instagram is also really fun and has easy guidelines.
